Kiki

How it works

From an empty board to a team that ships

No manual and no setup call. This is the whole flow, in the order it actually happens.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Create your board

A board is one project. Give it a name, pick a color, and if you already know your stages, name them right there while you create it.

    • Starter lists on creation, or add them later
    • Story points and other useful fields, already set up
    • As many boards as projects you run
  2. Step 2 of 5

Shape the work into lists and tickets

Every column is a stage. Every card is a ticket. Move a card to the right and the work advances; drop it on a done column and it closes itself.

    • Drag and drop, or move from a menu in the list view
    • Labels, priority, dates, subtasks and attachments per ticket
    • Epics and quarters when a single board is not enough
  3. Step 3 of 5

Invite the team and share the load

Invite by email and give each person a role. Then hand out the work: one owner per ticket, an optional reviewer, and whoever else needs to be there.

    • Owner, admin and member, enforced by the API
    • Assignee, QA reviewer and collaborators per ticket
    • Everyone involved gets notified, nobody has to chase
  4. Step 4 of 5

Let the AI do the boring part

The hardest part of a new project is turning what is in your head into separate tickets. Write it or say it out loud, and get the board filled for you.

    • Brain Dump: a paragraph becomes a list of tickets
    • Dictate by voice if typing gets in the way
    • Your own key, so nothing is charged to you by surprise
  5. Step 5 of 5

    Measure, close and clear

The dashboard tells you what is overdue, what closed this week and how the load is spread. Finished work gets archived, not deleted.

    • Weekly activity and priority breakdown
    • Progress per board and per epic
    • Archive keeps history without cluttering the board
