The controller of data collected through kikiboard.xyz is the team behind Kikiboard. For any privacy question you can contact us at contact@kikiboard.xyz.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and authentication provider (email/password or Google OAuth), managed through Clerk.
- Generated content: boards, lists, tickets, subtasks, comments and attachments you create on the platform.
- Usage data: activity logs inside boards (actions taken, dates).
3. Purpose of processing
- Provide the project-management service.
- Identify and authenticate users.
- Enable collaboration between members of a board.
- Send notifications related to user activity.
4. Cookies
Kikiboard uses strictly necessary cookies for the application to work:
- Session cookies: managed by Clerk to keep your session active securely.
- Local preferences: stored in localStorage (for example, acceptance of this policy). They are not sent to any server.
We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
5. Third-party services
- Clerk — authentication and user management.
- Neon — cloud PostgreSQL database.
- Vercel — deployment infrastructure and file storage.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security measures.
6. Data retention
Data is kept while the account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our database.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us at contacto@kikiboard.xyz.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. For relevant changes we will notify you through the platform or by email.
